Pickling workshops
The Foundation for Rural and Regional Renewal have made it possible to open these two amazing workshops up to a larger audience. For two Saturdays in March, Country Feeling Australia will offer one Pickling and one Cheese-making workshop on the same day. These hugely popular workshops sell out quick, so pick the workshop and the Saturday that you can attend and register FAST!
Pickling and Preserving Workshop
Another fun and informative workshop presented by Country Feeling Australia
We will be making:
- Sauerkraut (Wild Fermentation)
- Traditional Cucumber Pickles
Participants will get to take home their sauerkraut and pickles
We will be learning about:
- Pickle Onions and eat samples.
- Preserved Lemons and taste a sample.
Materials and catering supplied; no experience necessary. Participants are asked to please bring along a knife and and a chopping board (and an apron if you want)
Tickets are extremely limited and will be prioritised to members who have not previously been to a cheese making workshop. A wait list will be created for people who miss out should a vacancy arise.

Workshop: 1:00pm to 3:00pm (QLD time)
