Pickling and Preserving Workshop

Another fun and informative workshop presented by Country Feeling Australia

We will be making:

  • Sauerkraut (Wild Fermentation)
  • Traditional Cucumber Pickles

Participants will get to take home their sauerkraut and pickles

We will be learning about:

  • Pickle Onions and eat samples.
  • Preserved Lemons and taste a sample.

Materials and catering supplied; no experience necessary.

Please bring along a knife and and a chopping board (& apron if you want)

Tickets are extremely limited. A wait list will be created for people who miss out should a vacancy arise.
