Cheesemaking workshops
The Foundation for Rural and Regional Renewal have made it possible to open these two amazing workshops up to a larger audience. For two Saturdays in March, Country Feeling Australia will offer one Pickling and one Cheese-making workshop on the same day. These hugely popular workshops sell out quick, so pick the workshop and the Saturday that you can attend and register FAST!

The Art of Cheese and Butter Making:
This fun and interactive class will show you how easy it is to make your own smooth and creamy Mozzarella in 30 minutes. We will also give you the secrets on how to make the most delicious butter you have ever tasted and making a quick and tasty cheese with just 2 ingredients.
All materials and catering supplied; no experience necessary.
