Proudly funded by the Foundation for Rural & Regional Renewal (FRRR); Granite Borders Landcare is delighted to host for you yet another Yoga, Breathing & relaxation workshop commencing at 9am on Wednesday, 27 July.

Facilitated by Rose Hawkins; a mother and grandmother, Rose has been teaching yoga in Australia and overseas for more than 10 years. For her, yoga is a continual journey that she believe brings enormous happiness to those who practice regularly. Originally a country girl herself, Rose is enjoying being back on the land, her bare feet firmly planted in the fertile organic soil, getting her hands dirty, and being part of the local community.
