Yoga, Breathing & Relaxation Workshop
Relax and just breathe....for our facilitator Rose Hawkins, Yoga is a continual journey that brings her enormous happiness.
Join us at the Bolivia Community Hall on Saturday, 12 March at 9am for 2 hours of yoga, breathing, relaxation and of course morning tea. The workshop will run for approximately 2 hours, finishing at 11am. Please bring your mat, a bottle of water, your towel and a smile!
