Staff Profile

Karen brings a strong blend of business, finance, project management and community engagement experience to her role as Landcare Coordinator. She holds a Bachelor of Business (2018) with studies in project management, business law, business finance, entrepreneurship and human resources. She was a certified MYOB professional for 12 years and has more than two years’ experience using Xero.

Her background includes international study in Europe and the Pacific, as well as a 12-month internship in the United States. Karen has previously facilitated workshops in regenerative agriculture, biodiversity, weed control and community resilience.  She brings a practical, people-focused approach to supporting local landholders and community projects.

Outside work, she enjoys cooking, family and travel.
