Sandra Royal is spearheading the development of the $400M White Rock

Wind Farm – and its $45M sister, White Rock Solar Farm – two landmark

projects that could be the springboard for new industry

– sustainable energy – in New England.

Sandra Royal joined the White Rock team following a distinguished

 career in public service – including setting government strategy in

key areas – as well as in commercial projects. Her role is to engage the community in White Rock’s aims, objectives and progress.
