Sauerkraut and Cheesemaking Workshops - SOLD OUT

We are delighted to host our next series of fun and engaging workshops. Proudly supported by the Foundation for Rural and Regional Renewal (FRRR), we are 'kicking off' 2022 with some interactive and hands-on experiences.  

Proudly introducing Joanne Kennard; Inventor, Author, Educator and founder of Country Feeling Australia, a business she created out of a shared desire to help people live a more sustainable and enriched home life.  Join Joanne and Granite Borders Landcare in either of our workshops on Saturday, 26 February 2022 at Sunnyside Hall

Workshop 1 (Pickling) commences at 10:00am.  Immerse yourself in creating some wonderful cheeseboard accompaniments - pickles, sauerkraut, Kim Chi and more.

Workshop 2 (Cheese & Butter Making) commences at 1:00pm.  This hands-on class will show you how easy it is to make smooth and creamy Mozzarella in 30 minutes

All workshops are 2 hours in length, free of charge and ingredients are supplied along with morning/afternoon tea.
