2023-2027 NSW Landcare Enabling Program

The NSW Landcare Enabling Program (2023-2027) is strengthening grassroot networks.  Building capacity, strengthening collaboration and empowering communities to care for our landscapes, waterways and agricultural systems.  Creating a more resilient and sustainable future for NSW.

Through a series of phases over these 4 years, it has supported the full-time employment of our local Landcare coordinator, professional development funding and covered a portion of Granite Border Landcare’s operational costs.  It also includes a shared services hub providing support services including resources and training that empower our volunteers and partners.

Additional funding has also been received under Phase 3 that has supported community-led environmental action, culturally informed landscape management, strengthened innovation and assisted in the employment of our part-time project officer.

Ends June 2027 - ($494,244.00)
